What are the Organisational Constraints around Self management?
Weird question..I know. It is a question i do not understand!
How does an organisation's constraints effect Time management (Time management exapmples are: prioritising work flow, delegating less important tasks etc).
It is a question for a Business Administration paper i am doing. Once i have a few ideas as to what it can mean, i can submit it.
PLEASE HELP!!! i'M ALREADY 1 WEEK OVERDUE FOR THIS!
I can take a couple of guesses.
I have to attend company meetings/events that are way over my head and where for the most part I have no idea what is going on. I would consider this an organizational constraints since I think I could make better use of that time.
Some employee may have a great idea that he would like to pursue, but the boss may think other things are important. This would be an organizational constraint.

Can anyone write something on the wider contibuition of human resources management to organisational sucess?
The objective of Human Resources is to maximize the return on investment from the organization's human capital and minimize financial risk. It is the responsibility of human resource managers to conduct these activities in an effective, legal, fair, and consistent manner. Human resource management serves these key functions:
Recruitment Strategy Planning
Hiring Processes(recruitment)
Performance Evaluation and Management
Promotions
Redundancy
Industrial and Employee Relations
Record keeping of all personal data.
Compensation, pensions, bonuses etc in liaison with Payroll
Confidential advice to internal 'customers' in relation to problems at work.

How would you distinguish Operations Management from General Management and Organisational Behaviour?
Please explain in detail.
I will be interested in reading any responses you receive. I graduated from college with a degree in Operations Management, in 1974. I still don't know what it is or how it differs from any other degree in Business Management.
With my degree, I got a job as an insurance claims adjuster and never used anything I learned in college. Go figure.

let me know something about organisational management in sap hr functional module?
i wanted to know full details of functions of organisational manaement and time management in sap hr functional module with which modules these modules are intergrated with in sap hr functional module
Question is not clear. I understand you're asking two: what are the functions of organizational management and time management; and how these modules can be integrated to HR functional module, right?
Well, among the three modules mentioned: organizational management, time management and human resource (HR) management, the organizational management is encompassing, it can cover HR while time management is an independent module.
Organizational management is broader because it is a branch of Organizational Development. which is an intervention strategy that uses group processes (from a year to indefinite period) focusing on the whole culture of an organization in order to bring about whatever change that you plan.
Management , including the human resource, is just part and parcel of the whole OD strategy. On the other hand, you may include Time Management Module as part of Planning because Time Management is really planning your works so a supervisor or a manager can devote quality time for critical managerial/supervisory functions without sacrificing efficiency.

EQ – key to success The Sun Daily
OLYMPIA College organised a workshop on EQ@ Workplace – using emotional intelligence for upward mobility on the corporate ladder.
Emotional Intelligence (EI) is increasingly relevant to organisational and people development, because the EI principles provides a new way to understand and assess people’s behaviour, management styles, attitudes, inter-personal skills, and potential.
EI is that quality in a person that endears him/her to others. It is a synergistic combination of two "intelligences" – intra-personal and inter-personal intelligences.
Success requires more than IQ (Intelligence Quotient), which has been the traditional measure of intelligence. There are people who are academically brilliant, and yet, are socially and inter-personally inept. Despite possessing a high IQ rating, success does not follow.
Olympia College recently organised a workshop by GK Lim on "EQ @ Workplace – Using Emotional Intelligence" at the Kuala Lumpur campus on August 21 to highlight the concept of EI and to show students how to acquire this useful skill.
