What is the best direction to go with an associates in buisness managment?
I am undecided in what area I want to work in, but I am going for an associates in buisness managment. Was originally headed towards multimedia tech degree(web design), but I was told it looks better to have a buisness degree instead.
Which sound correct, but I was hoping to take that with all web design electives. I'm not sure what job to go after.
I really want to get into computers. Web design preferably.
Any incite on this would really be so helpful.
Work as a tech somewhere, but you will need a more advanced degree.
Its not always necessarry to have that, but if you need to be exceptional and a bit lucky to make a lot and not have a higher degree.

what happens to credit rating if you go on a debt managment plan?
I have debts of £10000 just on credit cards, i have no mortgage, just privately rent. My wages have just halved in size and am unsure if i can pay the £260 minimum payments on the cards. What would happen to my credit rating if i went on a debt managment plan?
I would like to get a mortgage eventually one day so if i can help it i would like to keep my rating ok.
Any advice?

Technologies that support this business purpose include the capture, storage and analysis of customer, vendor, partner, and internal process information. Functions that support this business purpose include Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, Training, Professional Development, Performance Management, Human Resource Development and Compensation.
Steps in implementing CRM:
1) identifying your customer
2) segmenting your customer
3) coming up with an overall business strategy to improve customer service that addresses your customers in every segment; this strategy will be a laundry list of all things you can do to improve customer service
4) identifying the cost of doing all of the above
5) prioritizing whihc ones you can afford to do over a finite period of time
6) setting up processes / checkpoints to track the current level of service
7) putting in place an effective measurement process for ongoing measurement of service
8) putting in place a review process to review results
9) organization training so everyone know where they stand in the new world
10) identifying responsibilities of individuals participating in the new process
11) performance based reward structures to successfully implement above
A CRM system is merely a tool in the above process and does not guarantee success; however these tools are critical since they capture service related data and provide ongoing information around success of your initiative.
Organizations that pride themselves on customer service do not attribute it to a system; they actually take pride in their employees who are customer focussed. Systems are merely a handy tool.
