I like prosper.com, a lot, but I've heard there are a few questions with the management. Is there a similar site with better management?
You can check out Lendingclub.com. I don't think they have been around long enough to really know if they will be better than Prosper, though. There is a Lendingclub forum on prospers.org, at http://www.prospers.org/forum/lendingclub_talk-b44.0/.

Can anyone recommend software/website besides Quicken or Mint.com that's safe and good for money management?
Looking for something that can help me save and put me on a realistic budget. I'm a young professional, so having a life outside of work is important to me. However, school loans and rent are adding up. I'm looking for some help w/ saving, deals, and budgeting. Any advice is appreciated.
Try using spreadsheets like Excel (MS Office), Calc (OpenOffice), or Google Docs. Create your own budget and track your own spending. You don't need fancy software to do that.

I suggest you go with Consumer Credit Counselling Service who dont charge a fee for debt management. But why dont you first see if you can get any credit card or personal loan debts legally cancelled. I used www.bdebtfree.info and saved so much money that I could cancel my debt management plan altogether.
