I'm a senior high school student and I'm currently choosing what course to take up, and I'm kinda confused with these two. Hope you can help.

Business management is about the strategic element of business, when and how to invest, profit margins, taxation, whether to develop your own workforce or contract, how to develop sales and supply network, company economics and macroeconomics, etc.

Business administration is about the logistics of running a business. How to keep the books, the process and law of hiring and firing workers, working with the bank and the forms needed for line of credit, doing payroll, account payable and account receivable, supervising facility maintenance, paying the taxes on time, etc.

The analogy is business management is how do you navigate a car (your business) within the traffic of other businesses. Business administration is how do you keep the engine, transmission, wheels and all running smoothly together.

If you are a senior in high school, business administration skills are “immediately sellable” as, upon skill demonstration; you can work in accounting or other administrative departments of a company. However if you want to study business or work as an engineer, physician, lawyer, politician, etc. then business management will educate you about the complex and fascinating world of business.

I am looking for an ad management system that would give me the power to manage local ads on my site in addition to general served ads. So I'd like to sell ads to local companies and be able to create, upload, and mange their ads (I'd contract with them separately) but also have any blank space served by general ads such as google's adsense.

Note that the biggest thing I'm looking for here is the ability to be able to create, add, and manage my own ads for local companies that I've contracted with and not have them tied to any money (but be able to define max number of impressions per day and see metrics on them etc).

Does such a system exist?

2-5 years experience, 2-3 year but my question is how do you get the experience and how do you know what job level is below and above another job.

Most of experience comes from an internship in college. Also you ma have to start at a lower level in a company and work up to a management position.

I had the same problem. I am a programmer, no one would hire me cause of no experience. I started as a customer service rep for a large company. Then I would walk over to the programmers and talk to them. Eventually I talked them into letting me write some code for them and I did this off the clock. So I was basically an intern. I did this for a year. I added it to my resume. Then I had a bunch of offers.

I want to eliminate the rest of my credit card debt. I see the ads for debt management services where they work with your creditors to reduce your interest rates, then combine all of your debt together, where you pay them one payment per month. My husband thinks this will reflect negativly on our credit report. Has anyone ever done this, and were you succesful in eliminating debt? Did it affect your credit rating in a nigative manner? I think that most people in America today, have alot of consumer debt, but I see many poeple who aren't worried about it, and only pay the monthly minimums each month. I have been there before, but I am ready to pay it all off. What do you think? I would love to hear from anyone who has used these services before, or any other great idea to pay it all off, without taking out any more loans. Thanks!

Online. Any search engine should get you this info. If this is a problem try the library. Librarians are educated in helping people with their needs and know more than most people realize. They would be able to assist you if the internet becomes unhelpful in this matter. You could also contact the United Nations and ask for this info from any country belonging to the UN.
