Where can I find information on applications of agency law?
have a paper due for the Business Law class, I have researched this topic but can't find much information on agency law. I need to explain the "applications of agency law in the business environment." If anyone can give me a good website (besided Wikipedia) I can get A LOT of information from and use a reference I would really appreciate it. Talk to the objects of the system, the employees themselves, and also review what's already been done. Those two activities will give you a LOT of information on how to build a new system. You need to know what kinds of incentives and disincentives will work, as well as understand the culture (usually very odd in law enforcement).
