Mobile banking?
Has anyone used mobile banking? Using Text Msgs to send money to other mobile users? Does it work well? Is it fast? How are the charges for such services?
haven't used it myself, but I've heard that Western Union are pretty reliable...

Where were you when used mobile banking? What transaction did you make? How did it come help you. Thanks. I'm a grad student researching how technology changes are having an effect on everyday life on a granular level.
I travel frequently on business. I can transfer money between accounts, pay bills, etc. all through the Internet. In other words, I use it at least 2-3 times per week.

In net banking and phone banking some facilities are free and some are chargeble. ie paying insurance premium, fund transfered to brokers , credit card payment of same bank, account balance query are free of cost. you have to take xtra facility of third party transfers to make payment to others this is chargeable. you can start your net banking it is free. after that the services which are chargeable is your choice to use it or not.
When was telephone, internet and mobile banking introduced in Australia?
I need to know what year each of these was introduced in Australia, which financial institution first introduced them, and any relevant information on these services in Australia.

i think it will be a little too complicated... i believe for the user perspective... it would become easier to understand... i think Barclays Hello Money has an interface like that!!
