If a Corporation needs long-term finance, in your opinion, which is the most appropriate source – borrowed money from the banking sector or from the capital market through issuance of share or bond if The Corporation is a public limited company without listing with any exchange and it does not have any debt.
New shares (rights issue) ..
Why ? All borrowing (including the issuing of Bonds) eventually has to be paid back .. as many Companies have discovered to their cost, come the 'due date', it may not be possible to refinance the loan at 'favorable terms' (or even at all).

To be an auditor or in a banking sector?
I just got my degree in accounting and is unsure what to do with my life next. Should i work as an external auditor and continue to pursue my CPA? or should i venture into banking sector as maybe a investment banker etc. I knows whats the life and career prospect of an external auditor but aint sure for investment or corporate banking, one thing i know is that the pay is definitely much more attractive than being an auditor. What should i do?
Be a certified public accountant ( CPA ) first.
The field of investment banking is another field of study. Its better to be an Investment Banker and a CPA.
